Danielle is a connector of people and a inclusion advocate. She enables the success of leaders to overcome roadblocks by creating an inclusive culture that reflects the values, perspectives and needs of the people and the community.

A graduate of Clark Atlanta University, she began her career as an intern. She quickly worked her way up in roles of increasing leadership and responsibility. She was pivotal in the re-branding and launch of a women-centric media company from a domestic print magazine to a global digital brand for women, by women. While managing the digital strategy, events and partnerships, the publication became the home of editorial, events and strategies to solidify the value of women as leaders in the global economy.

While working with a global organization, she aided in the delivery of regional talent, processes, and programs. She was instrumental in the creation and implementation of their five regional Diversity & Inclusion Employee Resource Groups (ERG's). Danielle has over 10 years of experience in designing and implementing DEI initiatives and strategies that support business objectives, foster a sense of belonging, and drive positive outcomes for team members and communities.

Recently, Danielle developed and delivered engaging DEI programs and communications, and built and maintained strategic partnerships with external stakeholders to position an organization as a thought leader and an award-winning company in DEI, especially in the SFR industry and among remote workforces.
